棒球式缝合方法在腹腔镜下宫颈肌瘤剥除术中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨棒球式缝合方法在腹腔镜下宫颈肌瘤剥除术中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年12月株洲市二医院收治的40例宫颈肌瘤患者作为研究对象,通过双盲法分为试验组与参照组,各20例。两组患者均接受腹腔镜下宫颈肌瘤剥除术治疗,参照组予以常规缝合方法,试验组予以棒球式缝合方法。比较两组手术相关指标、并发症发生情况。结果:试验组缝合时间、手术时间、住院时间、肛门首次排气时间、下床活动时间均短于参照组,术中出血量少于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0285)。结论:在腹腔镜下宫颈肌瘤患者的临床治疗中应用棒球式缝合方法能减少患者术中缝合时间、降低出血量,促进患者康复。Objective:To explore the application effect of baseball suture method in laparoscopic cervical myomectomy.Methods:Forty patients with cervical myoma admitted to Second Hospital of Zhuzhou City from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into the experimental group and the reference group by double-blind method,with 20 cases in each group.All patients received laparoscopic cervical myomectomy.The reference group received conventional suture,while the experimental group received baseball suture.Operation-related indexes and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The suture time,operation time,length of hospital stay,time of first anal exhaust,time of ambulation in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group was less than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0285).Conclusion:The application of baseball suture method in the clinical treatment of patients with cervical myoma under laparoscopy can shorten the intraoperative suture time,reduce the amount of blood loss,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
