椎管成形术治疗良性椎管内肿瘤的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究椎管成形术(PVP)治疗良性椎管内肿瘤的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月甘肃医学院附属医院收治的60例良性椎管内肿瘤患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为常规组和研究组,各30例。常规组给予脊柱融合术治疗,研究组给予PVP治疗。比较两组手术指标、脊髓神经恢复情况、功能性障碍及痛感改善情况、椎体高度及后凸角角度。结果:研究组手术时间短于常规组,术中失血量少于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0000)。研究组术后30、60 d脊髓神经恢复有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组功能障碍及痛感改善情况均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组椎体高度高于常规组,后凸角角度低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0002)。结论:PVP治疗良性椎管内肿瘤可有效改善患者神经功能,降低痛感及术中出血量,缩短治疗时间,提高治疗安全性。Objective:To investigate the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)in the treatment of benign intraspinal tumor.Methods:A total of 60 patients with benign intraspinal tumor admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Gansu Medical College from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into conventional group and study group,with 30 patients in each group.The conventional group was treated with spinal fusion,and the study group was treated with PVP.The operation index,recovery of spinal nerves,improvement of functional disorders and pain,vertebral height and kyphotic angle were compared between two groups.Results:The operation time in the study group was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0000).The effective rate of spinal nerve recovery at 30 d and 60 d after surgery in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of functional disorders and pain in the study group was better than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vertebral height in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the kyphotic angle in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0002).Conclusion:PVP treatment of benign intraspinal tumor can effectively improve the nerve function,reduce pain and intraoperative blood loss,shorten the treatment time,and improve the treatment safety.
