摘　　要：目的:分析精神科门诊患者的基本特征,为提高社区医院的精神卫生服务能力提供依据。方法:选取2021年8月—2022年7月北京市朝阳区某社区医院精神科门诊所有就诊患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析门诊患者的基本资料。结果:精神科门诊患者年就诊例次为3743例次,各月份就诊例次比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。精神科门诊患者以复诊为主,共3657例次;转归以回家为主,共3742例次;医疗费用支付以社保卡为主,共3361例次;处理内容以开药为主,共3622例次。精神科门诊年就诊患者人数为839例,其中男461例,女378例;平均年龄(63.22±15.07)岁;≥65岁的老年人426例(50.8%)。患者数排在前3位的诊断是焦虑状态伴或不伴失眠、失眠和精神分裂症。年就诊次数1~2次的患者为376例(44.8%)。结论:北京市朝阳区某社区医院精神科门诊就诊患者老年人群占半数以上,焦虑状态伴或不伴失眠、失眠和精神分裂症是最常见的就诊疾病,应重视社区的精神卫生服务。Objective:To analyze the basic characteristics of patients in the psychiatric clinic,and provide basis for improving the mental health service capacity of the community hospital.Methods:All the patients in psychiatric clinic of a community hospital in Beijing Chaoyang District from August 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The basic information of the outpatients were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The annual visit number of psychiatric outpatients was 3743 cases,and the number of visits per month showed statistically significant difference(P=0.000).The psychiatric outpatients were mainly subsequent visits,3657 cases in total;The sequelae were mainly returning to home,3742 cases in total;The medical expenses were mainly paid by social security card,3361 cases in total;The treatment was mainly drug prescription,3622 cases in total.The annual number of psychiatric outpatients was 839 cases,including 461 males and 378 females,with an average age of(63.22±15.07)years;426 cases(50.8%)were≥65 years old.The top three numbers of patients were diagnosed with anxiety with or without insomnia,insomnia and schizophrenia.376(44.8%)of the patients visited 1-2 times within a year.Conclusion:More than half of the patients in the psychiatric clinic of a community hospital in Chaoyang District of Beijing are elderly patients.Anxiety with or without insomnia,insomnia,and schizophrenia are the most common diseases.Community based mental health services should be emphasized.
