乳腺钼靶摄影与3.0T磁共振检查在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺钼靶摄影与3.0T磁共振检查在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年2月湖南常德市第一人民医院收治的60例疑似乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,均行3.0T磁共振、乳腺钼靶摄影检查。以病理检查结果为金标准,比较两种方法的诊断准确率、特异度及灵敏度。结果:3.0T磁共振诊断准确率高于乳腺钼靶摄影,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0037)。3.0T磁共振诊断的灵敏度、特异度均高于乳腺钼靶摄影,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3.0T磁共振检查诊断乳腺癌的准确率高于乳腺钼靶摄影,但二者在乳腺癌患者诊断工作中各有利弊,在实际应用时建议两者联合使用,以得到更加精准的诊断结果,为临床医生提供有效的治疗依据。Objective:To explore the application effect of mammography and 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging in breast cancer patients.Methods:Sixty patients with suspected breast cancer who were admitted to the Changde First People's Hospital in Hunan Province from June 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All the patients were examined by 3.0T magnetic resonance and mammography.The pathological findings were used as the gold standard.The diagnostic accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of the two methods were compared.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of 3.0T magnetic resonance was higher than that of mammography and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0037).The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of 3.0T magnetic resonance diagnosis were higher than those of mammography and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diagnostic accuracy of 3.0T magnetic resonance for breast cancer is higher than that of mammography.However,both of them have advantages and disadvantages in the diagnosis of breast cancer patients.In actual work,it is recommended to combine two methods to obtain more accurate diagnosis results and provide clinicians with effective treatment basis.
