药事管理对促进合理用药的作用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨医院药事管理对促进临床合理用药的价值。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年3月湖南中医药大学第二附属医院的1000份用药处方和30名药剂师作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为参照组和试验组,各500份处方,15名药剂师。参照组给予传统用药管理,试验组给予医院药事管理的方法。比较两组药剂师药学知识掌握程度、不合理使用药物发生情况、不安全事件发生情况。结果:试验组药学知识掌握率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.032)。试验组不合理使用药物总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037)。试验组不安全事件总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:医院采用医院药事管理可以提升药剂师药学知识的掌握率和临床使用药物的合理性,降低不安全事件发生率。Objective:To explore the value of hospital pharmacy management in promoting rational drug use in clinical practice.Methods:A total of 1000 prescriptions and 30 pharmacists in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into experimental group and reference group according to the random number table method.Each group contained 500 prescriptions and 15 pharmacists.The reference group was given traditional drug administration,and the experimental group was given hospital pharmacy management.The pharmacist's mastery of pharmaceutical knowledge,occurrence of irrational drug use and occurrence of unsafe events of the two groups were compared.Results:The mastery rate of pharmaceutical knowledge in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.032).The total incidence of irrational drug use in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037).The total incidence of unsafe events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:The hospital pharmacy management can improve the pharmacist's mastery rate of pharmaceutical knowledge and the rationality of clinical use of drugs,and reduce the incidence of unsafe events.
