摘 要:目的:探讨健康教育干预在结核菌素试验(PPD)强阳性患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—10月湖南大学医院收治的30例PPD强阳性患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各15例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予健康教育干预,比较两组健康知识知晓率、护理满意度、健康行为评分。结果:观察组常见症状、传染性、预防措施、治愈情况知晓率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014)。观察组随地吐痰、室内通风、宣传防治结核病知识、主动体检评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:健康教育干预在PPD强阳性患者中的应用效果显著,可提升其健康知识知晓率及护理满意度,改善其健康行为,具有较高的应用价值。Objective:To explore the application effect of health education intervention in strong positive patients by tuberculin purified protein derivative(PPD).Methods:A total of 30 patients with strong positive PPD in Hunan University Hospital from January 2022 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group was given health education intervention.The health knowledge awareness rate,nursing satisfaction,health behavior score of the two groups were compared.Results:The awareness rates of common symptoms,infectivity,preventive measures and cure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014).The scores of random spitting,indoor ventilation,publicity of tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge,and active physical examination in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:The application effect of health education intervention is significant in strong positive patients by PPD,which can increase the health knowledge awareness rate,nursing satisfaction,improve the behavior,and have high application value.
