摘  要:目的:探讨分组化情景模拟培训对精神科低年资护士应急处置能力的影响。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月上海市普陀区精神卫生中心精神科的20名低年资护士作为研究对象,均实施分组化情景模拟培训,比较护士培训前后急救考核成绩与临床医生的满意度。结果:培训后,护士急救理论知识、急救技能操作、应急能力考核成绩均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。培训后,医师对护士的总满意度高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分组化情景模拟培训能提高精神科低年资护士的应急处置能力,提升临床医生对其的满意度。Objective:To explore the influence of grouped scenario simulation training on the emergency response ability of junior nurses in psychiatry department.Methods:A total of 20 junior nurses in the Psychiatry Department of Shanghai Putuo Mental Health Center from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and grouped scenario simulation training was implemented.The first aid assessment results and the satisfaction of clinicians before and after training were compared.Results:After the training,the nurses'first aid theoretical knowledge,first aid skill operation and emergency response ability assessment results were higher than those before the training,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After the training,the total satisfaction of physicians with nurses was higher than that before the training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The grouped scenario simulation training can improve the emergency response ability of junior nurses in the psychiatry department,and increase the satisfaction of clinical physicians with nurses.
