摘  要:随着计算机技术及电力电子技术的快速发展,不间断电源(Uninterruptible Power Supply,UPS)的应用越来越广泛。逆变器是UPS系统中非常重要的一个部分,它是蓄电池与用户之间的桥梁,而逆变器故障是UPS系统的常见故障类型之一。UPS系统中一旦逆变器发生故障,就会造成电能质量下降,甚至会引起其他部件的故障,因此快速、准确地定位逆变器故障对提高UPS系统的可靠性具有重要的意义。针对逆变器中单个、两个开关管开路故障及输出侧滤波电容失效故障进行故障诊断。首先模拟UPS系统中的三相逆变器的各种故障情况,得到各种情况下的输出电压波形,从而得到它们的电压矢量相位数据,之后将电压矢量相位数据输入卷积神经网络中进行训练,进而利用训练好的卷积神经网络模型实现UPS系统逆变器故障诊断和定位。最后,仿真结果表明所提出的故障诊断策略具有非常高的效率及准确率。With the rapid development of computer technology and power electronics technology,UPS(Uninterruptible Power Supply)systems have become more and more widely used.The inverter is a very important part of the UPS system.It is a bridge between the battery and the user,and the inverter failure is one of the common failure types of the UPS system.Once the inverter fails in the UPS system,it will cause the power quality to deteriorate,and even cause the failure of other components.Therefore,it is of great significance to quickly and accurately locate the inverter fault to improve the reliability of the UPS system.The fault diagnosis of single and two switch tube open circuit faults and output side filter capacitor failure faults in the inverter is carried out.Firstly,various fault conditions of the three-phase inverter in the UPS system are simulated,and the output voltage waveform under various conditions is obtained.Then,their voltage vector phase data is obtained,and the voltage vector phase data is fed into the convolutional neural network for training.Then,the trained convolutional neural network model is used to realize the fault diagnosis and positioning of the inverter of the UPS system.Finally,the simulation results show that the proposed fault diagnosis strategy has very high efficiency and accuracy.
