摘　　要：铁死亡是近年来发现的新的细胞死亡方式,主要表现为铁离子代谢紊乱、脂质过氧化物堆积和细胞抗氧化系统破坏。乳腺癌作为发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,严重影响女性健康。铁死亡和乳腺癌关系密切,随着铁死亡机制不断完善,一些靶向铁死亡的药物和治疗方法被开发出来。本文对铁死亡细胞特征、发生机制,铁死亡与乳腺癌进展、预后相关性,针对铁死亡的靶向治疗进行综述,希望为研究者提供新的乳腺癌治疗思路。Ferroptosis is a newly discovered type of cell programmed death,manifesting the disturbance of iron metabolism,accumulation of lipid peroxides and disruption of cellular antioxidant system.Breast cancer is closely related to ferroptosis,fully understanding of the roles of ferroptosis playing in the occurrence and progression of breast cancer is conducive to the development of new drugs and therapies for breast cancer.In this article,we review the characteristics and mechanism of ferroptosis in cancer cells,the correlation of ferroptosis with breast cancer progression and prognosis,and the related targeted therapy,hoping to provide new insights for treatment of breast cancer.
