多维度视角下的历史地段更新探索

摘　　要：中心城区历史地段的更新深刻地影响着城市公共空间营造,城市活力再造甚至文化、经济、社会价值的振兴,同时也面临着复杂而多样的矛盾和问题。在OUR上海都市再生实业有限公司(以下简称“OUR”)15年探索中,我们参与了诸多此类更新设计工作,提出中心城区历史地段的全周期多维度更新策略,即文化引领的策划、空间转译的设计和城市活力的运营,实现产业、文化、社会的复兴。The renewal of historical districts in the downtown deeply affects the development of urban public spaces,the revival of urban dynamics,and even cultural,economic and social values of a city.Meanwhile,it also faces complicated and diversified conflicts and problems.In the 15 years'explorationof Officefor Urban Renewal(hereinafterreferred to as"OUR"),we have participated in many similar renewal design works and proposed whole-cycle multidimensional renewal strategies for the historical districts in the downtown,i.e.planning of pioneering cultures,design of spatial translation and operation of urban dynamics,and thus contributing to the rival of industry,culture and society.
