摘　　要：目的探讨脑胶质瘤患者血清miRNA-4295、miRNA-34a水平及临床意义。方法选取41例脑胶质瘤患者和41例健康体检者,分别作为观察组和对照组,检测两组受试者血清miRNA-4295、miRNA-34a水平,比较不同分化程度、不同预后脑胶质瘤患者血清miRNA-4295、miRNA-34a水平。结果观察组患者血清miRNA-4295、miRNA-34a水平均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。分化程度为Ⅲ~Ⅳ级的脑胶质瘤患者血清miRNA-4295、miRNA-34a水平均低于Ⅰ~Ⅱ级患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。截至2022年11月,41例脑胶质瘤患者中,死亡18例,生存23例。生存脑胶质瘤患者血清miRNA-4295、miRNA-34a水平均高于死亡患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论脑胶质瘤患者血清miRNA-4295、miRNA-34a水平较低,且随着分化程度进展而逐渐降低,死亡患者的血清miRNA-4295、miRNA-34a水平较生存患者低。Objective To explore the serum levels of miRNA-4295 and miRNA-34a in patients with glioma and their clinical significance.Method A total of 41 patients with glioma and 41 healthy subjects were selected into the observation group and the control group.The levels of miRNA-4295 and miRNA-34a in both groups were detected.The serum miRNA-4295 and miRNA-34a in patients with different degree of differentiation and prognosis were compared.Result The serum levels of miRNA-4295 and miRNA-34a in observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The serum levels of miRNA-4295 and miRNA-34a of patients with grade III-IV differentiation were lower than those in patients with grade I-II differentiation(P<0.05).Up to November 2022,there were 18 deaths and 23 survivors in 41 glioma patients.The serum levels of miRNA-4295 and miRNA-34a in the survived patients were higher than those in died patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum miRNA-4295 and miRNA-34a in patients with glioma are lower,decrease with the increased degree of tumor differentiation,and serum miRNA-4295 and miRNA-34a in died patients are lower than surviving patients.
