摘　　要：目的 通过提高对胃肠外来源胃肠间质瘤(E-GIST)超声图像表现的认识,提高其诊断能力。方法回顾性分析9例E-GIST患者的超声图像特点及病理特点。结果本组9例E-GIST患者中,来源于腹膜后E-GIST 3例,来源于网膜E-GIST 2例,肝转移性E-GIST 2例,肠系膜来源E-GIST 1例,膀胱来源E-GIST 1例。结论 E-GIST较少见,缺少特异性超声征象,定位、定性困难,腹腔及肝脏内低回声内部散在无回声肿物需考虑E-GIST的可能,超声引导下穿刺活检及手术切除病理能明确诊断,并可对其危险度进行分级。Objective To improve the diagnosis of extra-gastrointestinal stromal tumor(E-GIST)by broadening the knowledge of the ultrasonographic characteristics.Method nine patients with E-GIST were retrospectively analyzed for the ultrasonographic and pathological features of the tumors.Result In 9 cases of E-GIST,3 were diagnosed with retroperitoneal E-GIST,2 with omental E-GIST,2 with liver metastases from E-GIST,1 with mesentery E-GIST,and 1 with bladder E-GIST.Conclusion E-GIST are rare and have no distinct ultrasonographic manifestations,making it difficult to locate and characterize these tumors.Therefore,E-GIST should be considered as long as a hypoechoic mass with dispersed anechoic lesions is found in the abdomen and liver.Ultrasound-guided biopsy and pathology of surgical resection can confirm the diagnosis and perform grading of the severity.
