不同程度根管钙化后牙牙髓炎的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的 对比探讨不同程度根管钙化后牙牙髓炎患者的临床治疗效果与安全性。方法 研究时间范围2019年11月-2021年11月,选择于我院接受口腔治疗的根管钙化后牙牙髓炎患者60例,根据患者根管钙化程度分作三组,即Ⅰ组患者(20例,根管上部钙化后牙牙髓炎),Ⅱ组患者(20例,根管下部钙化后牙牙髓炎),Ⅲ组患者(20例,根管全部钙化后牙牙髓炎),分别采取对症治疗,比较临床治疗总有效率及不良反应总发生率,征求患者配合对此次治疗满意率进行评估调查。结果 三组患者通过对症治疗后,总有效率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),同时三组患者治疗后不良反应总发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。三组患者均表示对此次治疗满意率超过90%,且组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 根管钙化后牙牙髓炎患者接受口腔治疗时应针对钙化程度进行合理分析,从而制定针对性治疗方案,保障治疗效果,提高患者满意率,提倡运用推广。Objective To compare clinical effect and safety of different degrees of root canal calcification of patients with posterior pulpitis.Methods The study time range was from November 2019 to November 2021,the study chose 60 patients with root canal calcified posterior pulpitis received oral treatment in our hospital,and divided them into three groups according to root canal calcification degree,namely,group I(20 cases,with upper root canal calcified posterior pulpitis),groupⅡ(20 cases,with lower root canal calcified posterior pulpitis),and groupⅢ(20 cases,with full root canal calcified posterior pulpitis).After respective symptomatic treatment,total effective rate of clinical treatment and total incidence of adverse reactions was compared,satisfaction degree of patients with treatment was evaluated and investigated with cooperation of patients.Results After symptomatic treatment,there was no statistical difference in total effective rate among three groups(P>0.05),and there was no statistical difference in total adverse reactions incidence among three groups(P>0.05).Stisfaction degree of three groups was more than 90%,there was no statistical difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For dental pulpitis patients after root canal calcification,it is necessary to analyzed calcification degree reasonably,formulate a targeted treatment scheme,ensure treatment effect,improve satisfaction degree of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
