评价放疗联合替莫唑胺治疗术后高级别胶质瘤的有效性和安全性

摘　　要：目的分析高级别胶质瘤术后予以替莫唑胺、放疗联合治疗的有效性和安全性。方法分析对象为2019年11月-2021年11月在本院就诊的高级别胶质瘤术后患者60例,依据随机数字法予以分组,30例予以替莫唑胺、放疗联合治疗的患者归入治疗组,30例予以单纯放疗的患者归入对照组,对比和评价两组治疗安全性和有效性。结果与对照组比较,临床有效性治疗组明显更高(χ^(2)=5.4545,P<0.05)。与对照组比较,不良反应发生率治疗组较高(χ^(2)=2.0520,P>0.05)。两组患者治疗前KPS评分比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.0508,P>0.05);6个周期治疗后,与对照组对比,治疗组患者KPS评分明显较高(t=5.9191,P<0.05)。治疗2个周期(72.35±5.45)分、(70.15±5.40)分和4个周期(75.65±6.40)分、(72.45±7.45)分对比差异无统计学意义(t=1.5706、1.7846,P>0.05)。结论高级别胶质瘤术后患者予以替莫唑胺、放疗联合治疗具有较高的有效性和安全性,此治疗方案值得推广。Objective To analyze effect and safety of temozolomide combined with radiotherapy in treatment of high-grade gliomas after surgery.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with highgrade gliomas who in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2021 for analysis,and divided them into groups according to random number method.30 cases in treatment group were treated with temozolomide and radiotherapy,and 30 cases in control group with radiotherapy only.Safety and effectiveness between two groups was compared and evaluated.Results Clinical effect of 86.67%in treatment group was significantly higher than 60.00%of control group,(χ^(2)=5.4545,P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group,higher than of control group,(χ^(2)=2.0520,P>0.05).There was no significant difference in KPS scores between two groups before treatment(t=0.0508,P>0.05).After 6 cycles of treatment,KPS scores of treatment group were significantly higher than control group(t=5.9191,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between scores of two cycles of treatment(72.35±5.45)points,(70.15±5.40)points and four cycles(75.65±6.40)points,(72.45±7.45)points,(t=1.5706,1.7846,P>0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment of temozolomide and radiotherapy is highly effective and safe for patients with high-grade gliomas after surgery,which is worthy of promotion.
