口腔卫生宣教在促进青少年口腔健康中的意义及效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价口腔卫生宣教在促进青少年口腔健康中的意义及效果。方法在2019年9月-2021年12月于昆明市3所初中中每所抽签选择3个初一班级作为研究对象,3所中学抽取的3个班级分别列为A组(n=90)、B组(n=90)、C组(n=90),在其青春期龈炎治疗中,三组均予以同一幻灯片文稿展示口腔卫生重要性,同时A组进行牙模演示宣教,B组进行视频口腔卫生宣教+牙模演示宣教,C组进行模型口腔卫生宣教+菌斑指示剂使用指导刷牙,观察三组口腔健康教育前后的牙龈指数(GI)变化以及人群简化软垢指数(DI-S)变化。结果三组口腔健康教育前的GI指数及DI-S指数差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);口腔健康教育一个月后,C组GI指数低于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组GI指数稍低于A组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);C组DI-S指数明显低于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组和A组DI-S指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在通过幻灯片文稿展示口腔卫生重要性的基础上再进行模型口腔卫生宣教和使用菌斑指示剂指导刷牙不仅可以进一步降低GI指数,而且还可以有效降低DI-S指数,对促进青少年口腔健康具有积极作用。Objective To evaluate significance and effect of oral health education in promoting adolescent oral health.Methods The paper chose three junior high school classes from three junior high schools in Kunming from September 2019 to December 2021 as research objects,three classes selected from three middle schools were divided into group A(n=90),group B(n=90),and group C(n=90).For adolescent gingivitis,three groups was treated with same slide presentation to show importance of oral hygiene,while group A was treated with dental model demonstration and education,and group B with video oral hygiene education+dental model demonstration and education,Group C with model oral health education+teeth brush guidance with plaque indicator.Changes of gingival index(GI)and population simplified soft scale index(DI-S)were observed before and after oral health education among three groups.Results There was no significant difference in GI index and DI-S index among three groups before oral health education(P>0.05).After one month of oral health education,GI index of group C was lower than group A and group B,difference was statistically significant(P>0.05);GI index of group B was slightly lower than group A,difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);DI-S index of group C was significantly lower than group A and group B,with statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Based on education of importance of oral hygiene with slide presentation,model oral hygiene education and teeth brush guidance with plaque indicator can further reduce GI index,and DI-S index effectively,which has positive effect in promoting oral health of adolescents.
