多模式镇痛治疗带状疱疹亨特综合征并发三叉神经痛:1例报道并文献复习

摘　　要：当带状疱疹同时累及面神经和三叉神经, 引起周围性面瘫时称为亨特综合征并发三叉神经带状疱疹后神经痛。本文报道1例采用周围神经阻滞和超声引导下星状神经节阻滞, 同时口服药物治疗获得满意的效果, 并进行文献复习, 为临床诊断和治疗提供参考。Herpes zoster which involves both the facial nerve and the trigeminal nerve,causes peripheral facial paralysis and trigeminal herpetic neuralgia,are called Ramsay-Hunt's syndrome with trigeminal herpetic neuralgia.This paper reported one such patient who was satisfactorily treated with peripheral nerve block,stellate ganglion block under ultrasound guidance and oral drugs treatment,and reviewed relevant literature to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
