摘　　要：痉挛性斜颈是一种难治性肌张力障碍性疾病, 该病目前病因不明、发病机制复杂且临床治疗手段有限。近年来, 脑深部电刺激、副神经微血管减压术等手术治疗方法在痉挛性斜颈治疗中有了越来越多的应用, 临床中对于痉挛性斜颈治疗也有了更多新的认识。本文通过对国内外文献进行回顾, 总结了痉挛性斜颈临床诊治, 尤其是手术治疗方面的最新进展, 以期为临床治疗提供更多参考。Spasmodic torticollis belongs to a refractory dystonia,the etiology is ambiguous,the pathogenesis is complex,and the clinical treatment method is limited.In recent years,deep brain stimulation,accessory nerve microvascular decompression and other surgical treatment methods for the spasmodic torticollis has been applied,and these have deepened to the understanding of the clinical treatment.This article reviews domestic and foreign literatures,and summarizes the latest progress in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of spasmodic torticollis,especially the surgical treatment,to provide more reference for the clinical treatment.
