摘 要:目的:通过比较常规指导、辅食制作实操班指导、食物模型指导三种不同形式健康教育下婴儿体格发育的差异,探讨促进婴儿生长发育的有效宣教方法。方法:于2019年6~12月选择佛山市妇幼保健院儿童保健科健康体检的足月婴儿300例作为研究对象,均月龄在4~6月,未引入辅食,于照顾者知情同意后,根据照顾者的意愿划分为三组,对照组100例、实操组100例,食物模型组100例。对照组于6月、8月、10月龄体检时按常规进行食物转换指导,实操组于6月、8月、10月龄应用辅食制作实操班指导进行食物转换指导,食物模型组于6月、8月、10月龄采用自行设计制作的仿真婴儿辅食模型进行食物转换指导。随访研究对象至12月龄,比较三组婴儿体格发育、血红蛋白、血清矿物质水平。结果:12月龄时实操组体重高于食物模型组及对照组,实操组及食物模型组婴儿血红蛋白水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:食物转换期婴儿接受辅食制作实操指导食物转换,能促进体重增长,辅食制作实操指导与食物模型指导食物转换提高血红蛋白水平。ObjectiveeTo explore the effective methods of promoting infant growth and development by comparing the differences of infant physical development under three different forms of health education:routine guidance,complementary food production practice class guidance and food model guidance.Methods From June 2019 to December 2019,300 full-term infants with physical examination in the department of child health care were selected as the research objects,all of them were aged from 4 to 6 months,without complementary food.After the informed consent of the caregivers,they were divided into three groups according to the wishes of the caregivers,100 cases in the control group,100 cases in the practical operation group,and 100 cases in the food model group.The control group was given the guidance of food conversion according to the routine during the physical examination at the age of 6 months,8 months and 10 months.The practical operation group was given the guidance of food conversion with the guidance of practical operation class of preparation of supplementary food at the age of 6 months,8 months and 10 months.The food model group was given the guidance of food conversion with the self-designed simulation infant supplementary food model at the age of 6 months,8 months and 10 months.The subjects were followed up to 12 months of age,and the physical development,hemoglobin and serum mineral levels of the three groups were compared.Results At the age of 12 months,the body weight of the practical operation group was higher than that of the food model group and the control group,the hemoglobin of infants in the practical operation group and food model group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions During the period of food conversion,infants receiving the guidance of complementary food making practice can promote weight gain.The guidance of complementary food making practice and food model can improve the level of hemoglobin.
