摘　　要：肛周感染是急性白血病(AL)化疗后较常见的并发症,严重者可引起败血症,影响患者的生存质量。本文对AL化疗后肛周感染的现状、危险因素、防护措施进行综述,以期为降低肛周感染的发生提供参考。Perianal infection is a common complication of acute leukemia(AL)after chemotherapy,which can cause septicemia and affect the quality of life of patients.The purpose of this paper is to review the current situation,risk factors and protective measures of perianal infection after chemotherapy for AL,in order to provide reference for reducing the incidence of perianal infection.
