摘　　要：“双带头人”党支部书记工作室是夯实“党建+育人”互融互促模式的重要载体,也是构建“三全育人”工作格局、落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措。基于“党建+育人”互融互促模式,高职院校“双带头人”党支部工作室建设要从强化思想引领、把好“双带头人”“入口关”、提高“双带头人”话语权以及完善“双带头人”党支部书记工作室考核体系四方面入手,不断推进高职院校党建与育人工作的深度融合,以此为社会培养更多高素质的技能人才。The"double-leader"party branch secretary workshop is not only the important carrier to consolidate the integration of"party building plus education",but also the important measure for constructing the"three all-round education"work pattern and carrying out the fundamental task of morality education.Based on the'party building plus education"integration mode,the construction of""double-leader"party branch secretary workshop in higher vocational colleges should focus on strengthening ideological guidance,checking the qualification of"double-leader",increasing the discourse power of"double-leader",and improving the assessment system of party branch secretary workshop,and continuously promote the deep integration of party building and education in higher vocational colleges in order to cultivate more high-quality and skilled talents for the whole society.
