摘 要:尽管越来越多的非师范专业毕业生成为教师队伍的一员,但他们未经过专业系统的师范训练,缺乏教育理论知识和教学实践经验,对教育的理解不够透彻。制定非师范类小学准教师专业标准,帮助他们提高专业素质,就成为促进非师范类小学准教师专业成长的重要抓手。文章从专业理念、专业知识和专业能力三个维度出发,探讨如何使非师范类准教师的培养有“章”可循,准入有“约”在先,培训有“的”放矢,考核有“法”可依。Although more and more non teacher education graduates are becoming members of the teaching team,they have not received professional and systematic teacher training,lack theoretical knowledge and practical experience in education,and have insufficient understanding of education.Developing professional standards for non normal primary school prospective teachers and helping them improve their professional quality has become an important tool for promoting the professional growth of non normal primary school prospective teachers.Starting from three dimensions of professional philosophy,professional knowledge,and professional ability,the article explores how to ensure that the training of non teacher training candidates has a"chapter"to follow,an"agreement"to enter,a"targeted"training,and a"law"to assess.
