摘　　要：目的探讨布拉氏酵母菌散与硫糖铝口服混悬液联合治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取中国人民解放军陆军厦门特勤疗养中心2018年7月至2021年7月收治的慢性胃炎患者114例,随机分为联合组和常规组,各57例。2组均给予基础治疗,常规组在基础治疗的基础上给予硫糖铝口服混悬液,联合组在常规组基础上给予布拉氏酵母菌散。治疗2周后,比较2组治疗效果、治疗前后临床症状和胃黏膜改善情况、治疗前后胃肠激素[生长抑素(SS)、胃泌素(GAS)、表皮生长因子(EGF)]水平、肠道菌群、炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平及不良反应发生率。结果联合组治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗2周后联合组临床症状评分、胃黏膜积分、血清GAS、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平均低于常规组,SS、EGF水平高于常规组(均P<0.001);联合组治疗2周后肠球菌、葡萄球菌少于常规组,乳杆菌、双歧杆菌多于常规组(P<0.001);2组治疗过程中不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论布拉氏酵母菌散与硫糖铝口服混悬液联合治疗慢性胃炎能显著提高疗效,加快症状改善,调节胃肠激素与肠道菌群,还能减轻胃部炎症,且不增加药物不良反应。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Saccharomyces boulardii powder combined with oral sucralfate suspension on chronic gastritis.Methods A total of 114 patients with chronic gastritis admitted to our center from July 2018 to July 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 57 patients in each group.Both groups received basic treatment.Additionally,the conventional group was given oral sucralfate suspension,while the combined group was given oral sucralfate suspension and Saccharomyces boulardii powder.After 2 weeks of treatment,therapeutic efficacy,clinical symptoms,improvement in gastric mucosa,gastrointestinal hormones(somatostatin(SS),gastrin(GAS)and epidermal growth factor(EGF)),intestinal flora,inflammatory factors(interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)),and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the combined group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,compared with the conventional group,clinical symptom score,gastric mucosa score,serum GAS,IL-6,CRP and TNF-αlevels,Enterococcus and Staphylococcus decreased,but serum SS and EGF levels,Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium increased in the combined group(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii powder combined with oral sucralfate suspension for chronic gastritis can improve curative effect,promote symptom subsidence,regulate gastrointestinal hormones and intestinal flora,and reduce gastric inflammation without increasing adverse drug reactions.
