成渝地区双城经济圈高速铁路和高速公路建设对县域城镇化发展的影响研究

摘　　要：完善交通基础设施建设是促进城镇化发展的重要措施,为推进成渝地区双城经济圈县域城镇化进程,对交通影响效应的科学评价必不可少。基于2000—2020年成渝地区双城经济圈县级城市面板数据,以夜间灯光数据作为县域城镇化的代理变量,通过构建静态和动态的双重差分模型,估计并分析高速铁路和高速公路建设对县域城镇化发展的影响。结果显示,高速铁路建设对发展较好的县域城市影响较小,短期内不利于相对落后县域城市的进一步发展;高速公路在开通后短时间内体现出对县域城镇化显著的正向促进作用,且城市发展水平越高,高速公路对县域城镇化的正面效应越显著。研究结果为进一步调整高速铁路和高速公路规划建设思路,实现县域城镇化和交通协同发展的政策制定提供理论依据。Improving transportation infrastructure construction is an important measure to promote urbanization development.To promote the county urbanization of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,the scientific evaluation of transportation impact effects is indispensable.Based on the panel data of county-level cities in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle from 2000 to 2020,the static and dynamic double difference model was built by taking nighttime light data as the proxy variable of county urbanization.On this basis,the impacts of the construction of high speed railway and highway on the development of county urbanization were analyzed.The results show that the construction of high speed railways has insignificant impacts on well-developed county-level cities and is not conducive to the further development of relatively backward county-level cities in the short term.The highways significantly promote the development of county urbanization within a short period after opening.Besides,the improvement of the urban development level is accompanied by the more pronounced effects of highways on the development of county urbanization.The results can provide some valuable theoretical basis for the further adjustment of planning and construction of high speed railways and highways and the realization of the joint development of county urbanization and transportation.
