摘  要:为克服高等院校大型仪器测试中扫描电镜实体教学存在的教学资源不足、成本高、教授方式受限以及仪器生均占有率低等问题,运用虚拟仿真技术开发了集学、练、考于一体的扫描电子显微分析实验教学模拟交互平台。学生无需进入实验室,利用课余碎片化时间就能自主学习扫描电镜分析测试相关理论知识,完成样品准备、测试分析等模拟交互操作,为实体操作奠定良好基础,通过在线测试检验相关知识点的掌握程度,汇总反馈数据进行分析评价,便于课程的持续改进。通过教学实践表明:扫描电子显微分析虚拟仿真实验教学系统与实体实验教学相结合,突破传统实验教学局限性,调动学生学习兴趣和自主学习积极性,教学过程更加安全高效,教学质量得到提升。本虚拟仿真实验教学系统助力提高学生主观能动性和实践创新能力,为功能材料研发行业创新型人才培养提供一种新的实践教学模式。In order to overcome many problems in the practical teaching of large-scale instrument analysis and testing in colleges and universities,such as insufficient teaching resources,high teaching cost,limited teaching method and low occupancy rate of instrument in the scanning electron microscope analysis testing,a simulation interactive platform for scanning electron microscopic analysis experiment teaching was developed by using virtual simulation technology.With no need to enter the laboratory,students can autonomously learn the relevant theoretical knowledge of scanning electron microscopic analysis and testing,complete the simulated interactive operations of sample preparation,instrument testing and analysis by using the fragmented time after class,which lays a good foundation for the hands-on operation.Students can verify their knowledge through online simulation tests and provide timely feedback to their teachers to promote continuous improvement of the curriculum.The teaching practice shows that the combination of scanning electron microscopy virtual simulation experimental teaching system and physical experimental teaching breaks through the limitations of traditional experimental teaching,arouses students’interest in learning and initiative in independent learning,makes the teaching process more safe and efficient,and improves the teaching quality.This virtual simulation experiment teaching system helps improve students’subjective initiative and practical innovation ability,and provides a new practical teaching mode for the cultivation of innovative talents in functional materials research and development industry.
