摘　　要：腐植酸钾/黄腐酸钾生产过程中水不溶物含量是影响产品质量等级的关键因素,为精确控制产品水不溶物含量,有必要对水不溶物的粒度分布进行快速全面分析,为固液分离工艺参数调整提供理论依据。本研究采用激光粒度仪检测宝清中试线褐煤粉、褐煤浆、腐植酸钾/黄腐酸钾离心清液、实验室制腐植酸钾/黄腐酸钾离心清液水不溶物的粒度分布,建立了快速测定方法。采用湿法超声检测,遮光度5%~6%,检测时间3~5 min,检测精密度RSD小于3%~5%。同时根据水不溶物粒度分布调整离心参数,实现腐植酸钾/黄腐酸钾产品水不溶物低于3%的精准控制。The content of water insoluble matters in the production process of potassium humate/potassium fulvate is the key factor affecting the product quality grade.In order to accurately control the content of water insoluble matters in the product,it is necessary to conduct a rapid and comprehensive analysis of the particle size distribution of water insoluble matters,providing a theoretical basis for the adjustment of solidliquid separation process parameters.In this study,laser particle size analyzer was used to detect the particle size distribution of water insoluble matters from lignite powder,lignite pulp,potassium humate/potassium fulvate centrifugal clear solution,laboratory potassium humate/potassium fulvate centrifugal clear solution in Baoqing pilot line,and a rapid determination method was established.Wet ultrasonic testing was used,with a light shielding ratio of 5%~6%,a detection time of 3~5 min,and a detection precision RSD less than 3%~5%.Moreover,the centrifugal parameters were adjusted according to the particle size distribution of the water insoluble matters to realize accurately control the water insoluble content of potassium humate/potassium fulvate products below 3%.
