摘  要:针对挖掘机在装载作业过程中,为避免被装载卡车超载,需频繁复核装载物料总载荷量而导致的装载作业效率低的问题,利用布置在挖掘机动臂液压缸上的压力测量单元和布置在工作装置和机身上的惯性传感器,设计一种挖掘机有效载荷智能测量系统及人机交互界面,通过速度补偿算法,大幅提高了载荷量的计算精度。试验证明,测试载荷量与实际载荷量误差在±3%以内,说明该有效载荷智能测量系统应用效果良好,在提高装载作业效率的同时,为数字化施工奠定了一定基础。In view of low loading efficiency caused by frequent review of the total load of the loaded materials to avoid overloading during the loading operation of the excavator,an intelligent measurement system for excavator payload and a human-machine interaction interface are designed by using the pressure measurement unit arranged on the hydraulic cylinder of the excavator boom and the inertial sensors arranged on the equipment and the machine body,and through the velocity compensation algorithm,the accuracy of the load calculation is greatly improved.The test proves that the error between the tested load and the actual load is within±3%,which shows that the intelligent measurement system for the payload has a good application effect and lays a certain foundation for digital construction while improving the efficiency of loading operation.
