摘 要:以矿用宽体自卸车的发动机悬置系统为研究基础,阐述悬置系统匹配设计的方法,以及减振器的布置和匹配计算。计算动力总成悬置各点的静态承载及隔振率,并确定减振器动静刚度。通过装机测试,采集各个悬置点的隔振率及加速度云图验证理论计算的合理性。试验数据表明所设计的悬置系统具有良好的隔振效果。Based on the engine mounting system of a mining wide-body dump truck,the method of matching design of the mounting system is described,as well as the arrangement and matching calculation of the damper.The static load bearing and vibration isolation rate of each point of the powertrain mount are calculated,and the dynamic and static stiffness of the damper is determined.Through onboard test,the vibration isolation rate and the acceleration cloudsof each mounting point are collected to verify the rationality of the theoretical calculation.The test data show that the designed mounting system has a good vibration isolation effect.
