摘  要:为提高摆线轮磨齿机的加工精度以及传动过程的稳定性,对其回转台的性能进行分析。建立转台传动系统的动力学模型,结合转台的实际参数,计算连接轴的扭转刚度和阻尼系数。通过Newmark-β法对建立的动力学模型进行求解,得出传动系统在传动过程中的稳定性和传动精度,并搭建实验台进行验证。实验结果表明:回转台传动系统具有良好的动态响应,可以获得很高的定位精度和重复定位精度。The performance of the cycloid gear grinding machine’s rotary table was investigated in order to increase machining precision and transmission process stability.The turntable transmission system’s dynamic model was firstly constructed.The torsional rigidity and damping coefficient of the connecting shaft were determined using the turntable’s actual characteristics.The created dynamic model was solved using Newmark-βalgorithm,getting the transmission system’s stability and transmission accuracy in the transmission process.Finally,an experimental platform was created for verification.The experimental results reveal that the rotary table transmission system has an excellent dynamic response and can achieve high positioning accuracy and repeatability.
