摘 要:废塑料回收利用对于碳达峰和碳中和有积极的推进作用,振动分选技术是废塑料高精度分选关键技术。根据不同种类废塑料薄膜特性,分析振动分选机制,确定了合适的振动分选机构,提出分层振动分选技术,建立废塑料薄膜在振动分选机上的ADAMS仿真优化模型,优化振动床的运动参数和结构参数,使振动分选机构长度减少11%以上,宽度减少50%,节省了分选系统的制造成本。通过ANSYS模态分析验证了该分层振动分选样机的稳定性。对样机零部件进行了轻量化设计,减轻设计质量20%以上。构建了结构样机模型,为实际样机设计制造奠定了基础。Recycling of waste plastics has a positive role in promoting carbon peak and carbon neutralization.Vibration separation technology is the key technology of high-precision separation of waste plastics.According to the characteristics of different types of waste plastic films,the vibration separation mechanism was analyzed,and the appropriate vibration separation mechanism was determined.The layered vibration separation technology was proposed,and the ADAMS simulation optimization model of waste plastic film on the vibration separator was established.The motion parameters and structural parameters of the vibration bed were optimized.So that the length of vibration sorting mechanism is reduced by 11%,and its width is reduced by 50%,and the manufacturing cost of the separation system is saved.The stability of the layered vibration sorting prototype was verified by ANSYS modal analysis.The lightweight design of the prototype components was carried out,and the structural prototype model was constructed,which laid foundation for the design and manufacture of the actual prototype.
