摘　　要：腧穴作为针灸等外治法的刺激部位,在现代科学视角下应从解剖学、组织学、生理学及病理学等知识对其多态性进行解析。该文认为腧穴作为针灸治疗疾病的刺激点,总体上可分为固定性(解剖学性)腧穴及动态性(病理性)腧穴两大类。依据不同的组织结构或系统腧穴可分为4大类,即基于神经系统、肌筋膜激痛点及肌筋膜力线、肌肉及相关软组织、脉管的腧穴。各类腧穴在分布特点、针刺技术及效应与主治疾病方面均有差异,深入探讨有关科学问题和规律,是构建现代针灸学知识体系的必由之路。Acupoints,as stimulation sites for external therapy such as acupuncture and moxibustion,should be analyzed from their polymorphisms under a modern scientific perspective based on the knowledge of anatomy,histology,physiology,pathology andsoon.As stimulation points for the treatment of diseases by acupuncture and moxibustion,the acupoints can be generally divided into two categories:the fixed(anatomical)acupoints and the dynamic(pathological)acupoints.Acupoints can be further divided into four categories according to different organizational structures or systems,viz.points based on neural system,myofascial trigger points&meridian,muscles&related soft tissues,or vessel system(blood vessel and lymphatic vessel and node).There are differences among various acupoints,such as in distribution characteristics,acupuncture techniques,effects and indications,thus,it is the only way for deeply exploring relevant scientific issues and principle to build the knowledge system of modern acupuncture and moxibustion.
