浅析《黄帝内经》对高血压病的经穴论治

摘　　要：《黄帝内经》经络腧穴学说对人体的生理和病理以及疾病的诊断和治疗等方面发挥重要作用,其中《灵枢经》被后世针灸研究奉为圭臬,其论述亦可散见于《素问》。研究通过研读《黄帝内经》相关内容,总结出与高血压病临床表现头痛、眩晕、颈项部不适等症状最密切相关的经络分别为足太阳膀胱经、足厥阴肝经、足少阳胆经以及督脉,针刺穴位昆仑、飞扬、天柱、大杼、委中、人迎、长强以及随经辨证取穴等方法治疗高血压病临床疗效佳,值得深入研究。高血压病是多种心脑血管疾病的重要病因和危险因素,是心脑血管疾病死亡的主要原因之一,深入研究高血压病,具有重大的临床意义。The theory of meridians and acupoints in the Huangdi Neijing plays an important role in the physiology and pathology of the human body as well as the diagnosis and treatment of diseases,among which Lingshu is regarded as the standard by later acupuncture research,and its discussion can also be scattered in Su Wen.By studying relevant contents of the Huangdi Neijing,it is concluded that meridians most closely related to the clinical manifestations of hypertension,such as headache,vertigo,neck discomfort and so on,are respectively bladder meridian of foot-Taiyang,liver meridian of foot-Jueyin,gallbladder meridian of foot-Shaoyang and Du meridian.Acupuncture points Kunlun(BL 60),Feiyang(BL 58),Tianzhu(BL 10),Dazhu(BL 11),Weizhong(BL 40),Renying(ST 9),Changqiang(Du 1)and acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation have good clinical efficacy in the treatment of hypertension,worthy of in-depth study.Hypertension is an important cause and risk factor of a variety of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and one of the main causes of death of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.In-depth study of hypertension has great clinical significance.
