摘　　要：食管癌是严重威胁人类健康的恶性肿瘤,由于其发病隐匿,大部分患者确诊时已处于中晚期,生存率不足30%。目前食管癌综合治疗手段包括以手术、围手术期化疗、根治性放化疗、化疗、免疫治疗等疗法,其中内科药物治疗在食管综合治疗中占有重要地位,已有多项研究对药物治疗策略及其如何与其他治疗手段合理搭配开展了相关探索,但是最佳治疗模式及用药策略仍有较大争议。本文将从内科视角阐述多学科综合治疗在食管癌中的应用现状及未来挑战作出综述。Esophageal cancer is a malignant tumor that seriously threatens human health.Due to its insidious onset,most patients are diagnosed with the advanced stages,and the survival rate is less than 30%.Currently,multidisciplinary treatment(MDT)for esophageal cancer includes surgery,perioperative chemotherapy,definitive radiotherapy,chemotherapy and immunotherapy.Among them,medical treatment plays an important role in MDT for esophageal cancer.Although many studies have explored the pharmacotherapy strategies and drug combinations for esophageal cancer treatment,the optimal strategies and therapeutic details are still controversial.In this paper,the application status and future challenges of multidisciplinary therapy in esophageal cancer are reviewed from the perspective of medical oncology.
