摘　　要：[目的]评价中国老年慢性病患者自我感受负担的发生现状。[方法]检索有关我国老年慢性病患者自我感受负担水平的横断面研究,采用Meta分析法对中国老年慢性病患者自我感受负担现状进行探讨。[结果]我国老年慢性病患者自我感受负担发生率为69%,评分为29.19分,处于中度水平。亚组分析结果显示,循环系统、神经系统、呼吸系统患者自我感受负担发生率分别为73%、71%、55%;评分分别为29.26分、28.48分、27.20分。女性、高龄、文化水平低、家庭月收入低、居住地为农村、无配偶、以及照顾者健康状况不佳的老年慢性病患者自我感受负担评分更高。[结论]我国老年慢性病患者自我感受负担发生率较高且程度较严重,受到疾病类型、性别、年龄、文化、经济、婚姻、居住地及照顾者健康的影响。Objective To systematically review the status of self-perceived burden in Chinese elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods This paper collected systematically cross-sectional studies related to the self-perceived burden in Chinese elderly patients with chronic diseases and used Meta-analysis to discuss the current situation of self-perceived burden in Chinese elderly patients with chronic diseases.Results The incidence of self-perceived burden in Chinese elderly patients with chronic diseases was 69%and the score was 29.19,which was at a moderate level.Subgroup analysis indicated that the incidences of self-perceived burden in elderly patients with circulatory system disease,nervous system disease and respiratory system disease were respectively 73%,71%,and 55%.The scores were 29.26,28.48 and 27.20.The scores of the self-perceived burden were higher among females,people who had advanced age,low education levels,low monthly household income,no spouses,lived in rural areas and whose caregivers were in poor health.Conclusions The overall prevalence of self-perceived burden in Chinese elderly patients with chronic diseases is high and serious.It is influenced by types of diseases,gender,age,culture,economy,marriage,place of residence and health of caregivers.
