关于VMI安全库存实现智能预警的应用研究

摘　　要：供应商管理库存(Vendor Managed Inventory,VMI)能够在不影响企业日常运营的情况下,调整自身库存管理战略,有效地降低企业库存成本,实现企业利润最大化。文中介绍VMI的意义,该模式对采购方、供应商的优势及VMI备货模型在中国通信服务福建物流配送系统中应用。通过对备货产品的安全库存设置合理的上限值、下限值和告警值,实现对备货物资的备货状态进行智能判断、智能预警,从而使库存更加合理化,有效提高供应链运行效率。文中为如何实现VMI安全库存的最优化管理提供借鉴。Vendor Managed Inventory(VMI)can adjust its own inventory management strategy,effectively reduce the cost of enterprise inventory and realize the profit maximization of enterprise without affecting the daily operation of the enterprise.This paper introduces the significance of VMI,the advantages of buyers and suppliers and the application of VMI inventory model to China communication service Fujian logistics distribution system.By setting a reasonable upper limit,lower limit and alarm value for the safety inventory of stock products,we can realize the intelligent judgment and intelligent early warning of the stock state of stock materials,so as to make the inventory more reasonable and effectively improve the operation efficiency of the supply chain.This paper provides a reference for how to realize the optimal management of VMI safety inventory.
