摘  要:《物流成本管理》是物流管理专业核心课程,应根据国家一流本科专业建设中提出的坚持产出导向和持续改进思想,对该课程实施教学改革。文中引入OBE教育理念,首先,依据国家一流本科专业建设要求、专业培养方案要求及课程要求,提出产出导向下《物流成本管理》课程新的培养目标;其次,结合培养目标从思政导向、知识导向及能力导向三个维度设置了导向性结果模块;最后,结合可测度的导向性产出结果从静态和动态两个维度提出了测度标准。文中基于OBE理念提出的教学创新设计,对安徽大学物流管理国家级一流本科专业建设具有积极的推动作用,对其他专业建设也有一定的参考价值。Logistics Cost Management is a core course of logistics management major.Teaching reform of this course should be carried out according to the idea of adhering to output orientation and continuous improvement proposed in the construction of national first-class undergraduate major.This paper introduces the concept of OBE education.Firstly,according to the national first-class undergraduate major construction requirements,professional training program requirements and curriculum requirements,the new training objectives of Logistics Cost Management are put forward.Secondly,according to the training objectives,the guiding result module is set up from the three dimensions of ideological and political orientation,knowledge orientation,and ability orientation.Finally,the measurement criteria are proposed from static and dynamic dimensions by combining the measurable guiding output results.The innovative teaching design proposed in this paper based on the concept of OBE plays a positive role in promote the construction of the national first-class undergraduate major of logistics management in Anhui University,and also has certain reference value for the construction of other majors.
