摘 要:学科竞赛是提升高校学生创新能力的重要实践路径,但现阶段的理论研究相对滞后。采用半结构访谈和扎根理论的方法,以湖南省大学生旅游类专业学科竞赛为例,对成员互动、感知利益、公民行为的维度及其关系进行探讨。研究发现:成员互动包括组内互动和组间互动;感知利益包括学习利益、享乐利益、社交利益和自尊利益;公民行为包括助人行为和反馈行为。成员互动、感知利益对公民行为有显著影响。Disciplinary competitions are an important practical path to enhance the innovation ability of college students,but the theoretical research at this stage is relatively lagging behind.Using semi-structured interviews and rooting theory,taking the tourism competition for college students in Hunan Province as an example,we explored the dimensions of member interaction,perceived benefits and citizenship behavior and their relationships.It was found that member interaction includes intra-group interaction and inter-group interaction;perceived benefits include learning benefits,hedonic benefits,social benefits and self-esteem benefits;citizenship behaviors include helping behaviors and feedback behaviors,and member interaction and perceived benefits have significant effects on citizenship behaviors.
