摘　　要：创新创业教育是我国职业教育教学体系改革的重要组成部分,为提升学生运用“互联网+”进行创新创业的综合能力。院校应当以创新创业与就业形势为依托,持续推进“双创”工作的良好发展,优化现代教育创新育人的目标。针对创新育人培养模式的应用现状、原则、方式进行有效研究,提出大数据背景下“互联网+”人才培养模式的优化发展策略与对策,旨在为国内职业院校的教育工作和大学生创业等新形势下人才培养工作提供新的思路。Innovation and entrepreneurship education becomes an important part in the reform of vocational education teaching system in our country.To enhance students comprehensive ability of innovation and entrepreneurship in the application of“Internet+”,the colleges and universities should rely on the situation of innovation,entrepreneurship and employment,continue to promote the sustainable good development of“entrepreneurship and innovation”work and optimize the goal of modern education's innovating and educating people.Based on the effective research on the application status,principles and methods of the training mode of innovative education,the optimization development strategy and countermeasures of the“Internet+”talent training mode under the background of big data are proposed,aiming at providing new ideas for the education work of domestic vocational colleges and talents training work under the new situation such as college students entrepreneurship.
