摘 要:目的调查护理专业学生和临床护理教师对虚拟现实技术的认知状况,分析虚拟现实技术在基础护理技能教学中的适用性并提出建议。方法采用自行编制的虚拟现实技术认知调查问卷对某高校护理专业学生和教学医院临床护理教师进行调查。结果289名本科生和107名临床护理教师参与调查。研究对象整体对虚拟现实技术的认知均较高(48.6%~100%)。多数护理教师认为VR技术可在护理教学中运用(87.85%),多数学生愿意体验VR教学(91.7%)。师生双方均认为VR教学具有优势(57.01%~89.6%),并对VR产品性能和关键环节提出了需求和期望。结论教学双方对VR技术运用于护理教学普遍持认可和接受态度。各院校可根据教学需求,建立并完善VR教学资源和平台,选择教学内容,合理运用VR技术,以丰富教学手段,体现护理教育的与时俱进。Objective To investigate the cognitive status of nursing students and clinical nursing teachers on virtual reality technology,analyze the applicability of virtual reality in fundamentals skill teaching and collect suggestions.Methods A self-developed questionnaire of virtual reality technology cognition was utilized to investigate nursing students in a university and clinical nursing teachers in the affiliated teaching hospital.Results 283 undergraduates and 107 clinical nursing teachers had taken part in the survey.Both teachers and students held high cognition of virtual reality technology(48.6%~100%).87.85%of the teachers believed that virtual reality technology is useful for mastering nursing skills.91.7%of the students were willing to experience virtual reality technology teaching.And both teachers and students considered virtual reality technology has teaching advantages and should be employed in fundamental skill teaching.In addition,participants put forward demands and expectations for the performance and strategic links of VR products.Conclusion Both sides of students and teachers have accepted the application of VR technology in nursing teaching.According to teaching need,colleges and universities could establish and improve their VR teaching platforms,select the teaching contents,and use VR technology rationally to enrich teaching methods and keep pace with the time.
