精神健康急救培训项目及其本土化

摘　　要：精神疾病的低识别率、低就诊率和低治疗率是我国精神卫生服务体系面临的重要挑战。精神健康急救培训项目起源于澳大利亚,在改善这些问题上做出了很好的尝试,目前已扩展至全球至少25个国家和地区。本文系统介绍了精神健康急救的概念,精神健康急救培训项目的国际进展和在中国开展的本土化研究,并展望了该培训项目在我国的推广前景及其在促进民众精神健康方面的积极意义。China's mental health service systemn has 1ong been challenged by 1ow awareness rate,1ow help-seeking rate and 1ow treatment rate of mental ilness.The Mental Health First Aid(MHFA)training program,which originated in Australia and has been expanded to at 1east 25 countries and regions worldwide,has the potental to ad-dress these challenges.This paper systematically introduces the concept of"mental health first aid",the MHFA train-ing program and its cultural adaptation research for China It also provides an outlook on the benefits that the pro-gram may bring to the menta1 health services in China in"empowering the genera1 public for better population men-ta1 we11-being in the community".
