摘  要:京津冀区域和长三角区域作为国家引领高质量发展第一梯队的重要组成部分,其科技创新能力对引领发展起着重要作用,而作为区域科技创新重要主体之一的高校,其科技创新活动对提升区域科技创新活力及能力起着关键性作用。重构区域高校科技创新能力评价体系,实证研究京津冀区域和长三角区域高校。研究发现存在区域高校科技创新投入、产出与转化不协调,整体科技创新能力存在差距,区域内各省市高校科技创新能力差距较大等问题。基于此,提出相应的对策建议。As an important part of the first echelon of high-quality development led by the state,the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region and the Yangtze River Delta region play an important role in leading the development with their science and technology innovation capabilities;as an important subject of regional science and technology innovation capability,universities’science and technology innovation capability play a key role in promoting the vitality and ability of regional science and technology innovation;Therefore,by restructuring the evaluation system of the science and technology innovation capability of regional universities and conducting empirical research on universities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Yangtze River Delta region,it is found that the input,output and transformation of scientific and technical innovation of regional universities are not coordinated,and a gap in the overall science and technology innovation capabilitexistsy;There is also a large gap in the science and technology innovation capability of universities in various provinces and cities in the region.Based on that,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
