摘 要:目前的电网调控运行智能问答系统中获得的答案与问题不匹配,存在等级精度低、AUC曲线高和挖掘长尾能力差的问题。提出电网调控运行智能问答系统构建方法研究方法,构建以数据层和信息检索层为主体的问答系统,将数据层分为数据获取、建立数据库、数据存储三大模块,完善系统数据库,同时将信息检索层分为用户输入、查询扩展和信息检索模块,为提高检索准确率,在信息检索模块中利用问题和文档间的相似度匹配出相应的答案,实现电网调控运行智能问答系统的构建。实验结果表明方法的等级精度较高、AUC曲线低和挖掘长尾能力优。The answers and problems obtained in the intelligent Q&a system of power grid regulation and operation do not match with the problems,such as low grade accuracy,high AUC curve and poor mining capability.The paper puts forward the research method of intelligent question and answer system construction for power grid regulation and operation,constructs the question and answer system which takes data layer and information retrieval layer as the main body.The data layer is divided into three modules:data acquisition,database establishment and data storage,and the system database is improved.Meanwhile,the information retrieval layer is divided into user input,query extension and information retrieval module.In order to improve the retrieval accuracy,in the information retrieval module,the similarity between the questions and documents is used to match the corresponding answers,and the intelligent question and answer system for power grid regulation and operation is constructed.The experimental results show that the proposed method has high grade accuracy,low AUC curve and excellent ability of mining long tail.
