摘　　要：天水市博物馆现藏两幅晚清陇南名儒任承允墓志铭拓片,分别由当时名流撰书,内容大致趋同且互为印证。据此可厘清任氏家族族谱及任承允生平、仕宦履历、文化教育成就等诸多史实,是天水地方文化史料的重要补充,亦纠正了部分书籍记载的讹误。In Tianshui Museum,there are two rubbings from the famous Chinese scholar Ren Chengyun’s epitaph which were created by some celebrities in Late Qing Dynasty.The two rubbings had a lot in common and could prove of each other at that time.They retraced Ren Chengyun’s genealogy,his lifetime,official record,education background and so on.As local historical materials,the two rubbings played significant parts in studying history and correcting errors in some related books.
