摘 要:植物基因组学已成为植物遗传学研究的核心,在农学专业开设该课程十分必要。植物基因组学需要一定生物信息学的基础,但对于农学专业学生而言,生信几乎是零基础,同时也面临课程教材缺乏、线上模式建设不足、考核方式单一、课程思政结合不够等一系列问题。针对上述问题,尝试将生物信息学的知识要点穿插在植物基因组学课程中,并结合农学专业特点,形成“生信+作物”的课题知识体系,同时增设多项模块完善“线上+线下”的多维教学方式,结合多元化考核方式和思政结合,最终形成一套多维教学模式,有效解决课程问题并显著提升教学效果,为新农科专业建设及现阶段混合教学模式提供一定方法参考。Plant genomics has become the core of plant genetics research and it is very necessary to set up this course in agronomy.Plant genomics needs a certain basis of bioinformatics,but for students majoring in agriculture,they have almost no basis.At the same time,they also face a series of problems,such as lack of course materials,lack of online model construction,single assessment method,insufficient combination of ideological and political education in the course.According to the above problem,is that the knowledge points of the bioinformatics in plant genomics course,combined with the characteristics of agronomy specialty,the formation of"raw letter+crops"knowledge of the topic,at the same time adding multiple modules perfect"online and offline"multidimensional teaching methods,combination of diversified assessment way and the ideological,eventually formed a set of multidimensional teaching mode,It can effectively solve the curriculum problems and significantly improve the teaching effect,and provide a certain method reference for the construction of new agricultural specialty and the current mixed teaching mode.
