基于情感化理论的视障者导向交互系统设计研究

摘　　要：解决目前在公共空间中视障者出行会遇到的导向交互问题,基于情感化理论提出面向视障群体的导向交互系统设计的优化方案。从生理、心理、认知三个方面剖析城市公共空间之于视障群体的影响。从情感化设计的本能、行为与反思三个层级提出视障者导向交互系统的有关情感化设计的方式。依据情感化设计思路与方法进行地铁公共空间视障者导向交互系统设计实践。设计出灵活易用、晴盲通用、友好使用的导向交互系统,帮助视障者能够更加安全且便捷地实现无障碍出行。To solve the problem of guided interaction encountered by visually impaired people in public space,an optimization scheme of guided interaction system design for visually impaired people was proposed based on emotional theory.This paper analyzes the influence of urban public space on the visually impaired from three aspects of physiology,psychology and cognition.From the three levels of instinct,behavior and reflection of emotional design,this paper proposes the ways of visual impaired oriented interactive system emotional design.Based on the idea and method of emotional design,the design practice of interactive system for visually impaired guidance in subway public space is carried out.A flexible and easy-to-use guidance interactive system is designed to help visually impaired people travel safely and conveniently.
