CEO社会关联与外部环境匹配视角的可持续性商业模式创新研究

摘　　要：基于开放系统视角与社会网络理论,从CEO社会关联与外部环境考虑两方面的融合与匹配,构建了企业可持续性商业模式创新的理论模型。运用定性比较分析(QCA)方法对22家企业的可持续性商业模式创新行为进行研究,结果表明:①在不同的环境与CEO社会关联情况下,企业可通过“环境宽容”“CEO资源攫取”与“CEO资源整合”3种模式实现企业的可持续性商业模式创新;②在CEO社会关联较弱的情况下,环境宽容性有利于企业进行可持续性商业模式创新;③在环境规制严格的外部环境下,需要CEO较强的网络能力与政府公共关系有利于获取企业可持续性商业模式创新的资源;④在环境宽容性较高的外部环境下,需要CEO政府公关较强的网络能力整合环境中的优势资源,促成企业的可持续性商业模式创新。Based on the perspective of open system and social network theory,a theoretical model of sustainable business model innovation is constructed from the integration and matching of CEO social association and external environment consideration.Qualitative comparative analysis(QCA)method was used to study the sustainable business model innovation behavior of 22 enterprises.The results show that:(1)Under different social associations between environment and CEO,enterprises can achieve sustainable business model innovation through three modes:"environmental tolerance""CEO resource grabbing"and"CEO resource integration";(2)In the case of weak CEO social connection,environmental tolerance is conducive to sustainable business model innovation;(3)In the external environment with strict environmental regulations,strong network ability and political connections of ceos are needed to grab resources conducive to sustainable business model innovation;(4)In the external environment with high environmental tolerance,the CEO's strong network ability is needed to integrate the advantageous resources in the environment and promote sustainable business model innovation of the enterprise.
