摘 要:在创新型人才驱动和数字文旅市场带动下,文旅行业对高校专业人才要求不断提高,地方高校旅游管理本科专业人才培养的数字化转型迫在眉睫。江西财经大学旅游与城市管理学院师生组建江财旅游微信运营团队,建立旅游微信公众平台,探析媒体融合的传播渠道,推动微信运营团队升级发展,探索出“学生—学校—企业”和“外部驱动—内部驱动”两种数字化人才培养模式,为地方高校旅游管理本科专业人才培养的数字化转型提供参考。Driven by innovative talents and the digital culture and tourism market,the culture tourism industry has increasingly higher requirements for professional talents in colleges and universities,and the digital transformation of tourism management undergraduate talents training in local universities is imminent.To meet the opportunities of The Times,the teachers and students of the School of Tourism and Urban Management of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics set up the Jiangcai Tourism wechat operation team,established the intelligent tourism wechat public platform,coordinated the communication channels of traditional media and high-end media,and promoted the upgrade of the wechat operation team to student startups.Two digital talent training modes of“student-school-enterprise”and“externally driven-internally driven”are explored,which can provide reference for the digital transformation of tourism management undergraduate talent training in local universities.
