摘 要:为有效获取不同群体对共享儿童推车的需求偏好及其相对重要程度,提出了一种融合Kano模型与AHP-TOPSIS法的需求分析模型。首先,获取双方需求并基于Kano模型进行双方需求分类;其次,运用AHP法进行总体需求初始权重计算;最后,利用TOPSIS法计算需求满意匹配度对初始权重修正,将最终结果作为产品设计依据。获得了融合用户与运维人员双方满意度的需求重要度排序结果。验证了该方法的有效性,为共享儿童推车设计提供了指导作用。In order to effectively obtain the demand preference and relative importance of different groups for shared strollers,a demand analysis model integrating Kano model and AHP-TOPSIS method is proposed.First,obtain the requirements of both parties and classify them based on the Kano model;secondly,use the AHP method to calculate the initial weight of the requirements;finally,use the TOPSIS method to calculate the satisfactory matching degree of the requirements to correct the initial weight,and use the final result as the basis for product design.Obtained the results of ordering the importance of requirements integrating the satisfaction of both users and operation and maintenance personnel.The effectiveness of the method is verified,and it provides guidance for the design of shared strollers.
