摘　　要：报道1例以蛋白尿为首发表现的系统性轻链型淀粉样变性患者的临床资料,并进行文献复习。The clinical data of a patient with systemic light chain amyloidosis with proteinuria as the first manifestation were reported and the literature was reviewed.
