摘 要:在汽车生产制造的阶段中,焊装线作为一项系统性的工作,如果采用人工操作方式就会影响到施工进度以及质量。但是随着AGV的出现,可以大大提高汽车工厂焊装线的效率以及质量。该文以AGV为研究背景,在分析AGV内涵的同时,对常见的输送方式进行探讨,最后全面性分析汽车工厂焊装线AGV的应用要点。分析表明AGV具备操作方便、精准性高、技术成熟等特点,能够给汽车生产装配提供有效保障。In the stage of automobile production and manufacturing,the welding line is a systematic work.If manual operation is adopted,it will affect the construction progress and quality.However,with the emergence of AGV,it can greatly improve the efficiency and quality of the welding line in the automobile factory.This paper takes AGV as the research background,analyzes the connotation of AGV,and discusses the common transportation methods,Finally,the application points of AGV in welding line of automobile factory are comprehensively analyzed.The analysis shows that AGV has the characteristics of convenient operation,high accuracy and mature technology,which can provide effective guarantee for automobile production and assembly.
