摘　　要：在我国,近几年行人在道路交通事故受伤总人数中所占比例高达70%,基于行人行走的随意性,引出文章将要讨论的问题——汽车与行人碰撞事故勘查处理与鉴定分析。该文分析了碰撞的碰撞形态、事故致因、碰撞速度的数据并进行分析,在充分了解人体损伤准则的基础上,分析行人在车人碰撞事故中受到的伤害,对行人伤害部位进行划分并了解主要部位的损伤情况后,引出行人损伤程度与碰撞车速、行人年龄、碰撞角度、行人高度的关系,最后对人体损伤进行全面分析,旨在为汽车与行人碰撞事故勘查处理与鉴定提供理论基础。In China,the proportion of pedestrians in the total number of road traffic accidents injured in recent years is as high as 70%.Based on the randomness of pedestrian walking,the problem to be discussed in this paper is the investigation,treatment and identification analysis of vehicle-pedestrian collision accidents.This paper analyzes and analyzes the data of collision shape,accident cause and collision speed of the collision,analyzes the injuries of pedestrians in the vehicle-person collision accident on the basis of fully understanding the human injury criteria,classifies the injuries of pedestrians and understands the injuries of the main parts,and educes the relationship between the degree of pedestrian injury and the collision speed,pedestrian age,collision angle and pedestrian height,Finally,a comprehensive analysis of human injury is conducted to provide a theoretical basis for the investigation,treatment and identification of vehicle-pedestrian collision accidents.
